Job Summary:
The Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is responsible for providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, and other medical treatments. 4. Administer medications and fluids intravenously as required during anesthesia procedures.
5. Utilize advanced airway management techniques to secure and maintain patients' airways during anesthesia delivery.
6. Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
7. Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process, potential risks, and post-operative care instructions.
8. Document patient information, anesthesia plans, and procedures accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:
